Jonathan started at the age of 18 rehabbing and flipping properties with his father in Chicago, IL. In 2002, he worked as a Mortgage Loan Officer for a few years until deciding to become a Licensed Broker in Illinois in 2007. Since then, he has evaluated and provided consulting on marketing plans for well over 10,000 properties for some of the largest banks in the country. His proven marketing strategy has been highly effective in selling properties within various price points, many of which sold above list price due to his outstanding negotiation skills.
